If you’ve ever wanted to learn to draw or paint, or want to sharpen your art skills, Fridays at Gilmers Arts is the place to be. Classes are structured in an open-studio format, each student working on their individual projects and media, with individual instruction and attention as the focus. Beginner, intermediate or professional students are all welcome, and any media, from oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastel or pencil. The opportunity for the class to learn techniques is offered several times throughout the sessions, to reinforce the fundamentals of drawing and painting.
